SmartXEL CO2 fractional Laser treatment dramatically improves the tone and texture of the skin, smoothing out fine lines, deep wrinkles and reducing photodamage and scarring.

The CO2 Laser delivers micro injury and heat to the skin to stimulate neocollagenesis and resurfacing the outer layer of skin. The fractional Laser leaves most of the skin intact, minimising downtime with a rapid healing process.

How it Works

SmartXEL CO2 fractional Laser delivers the Laser energy to the target tissue using a particular double part pulse called SmartPulse. In the first step, a high power ablative pulse with short duration leads to micrometer destruction of the tissue which delivers Laser energy into the optimum depth of the tissue.

In the second step, a low power pulse with long duration delivers the required thermal energy into the depth of the tissue and leads to new vascularisation and collagen remodelling by stimulating the fibroblasts of the tissue.

The CO2 Fractional technology is highly effective, safe, fast and affordable – meaning you can effectively treat more patients, who experience minimal downtime. The untreated areas surrounding the columns accelerate healing, minimise downtime and significantly reduce any possible complications.

SmartXEL offers great versatility to customise treatment by allowing variation of depth and pattern of scans. As well, it offers a Smart mode user friendly interface software whereby the operator simply chooses the application and the device will set at optimal settings.
