I have recently purchased the 4000w Eneka Pro diode laser from Cosmeditech.

From the beginning they have been outstanding with customer service, training and support.

Eneka laser has been a game-changer for my PCOS-related hair struggles. Having tried IPL laser, electrolysis, and home laser without success, I was nearly losing hope until I was put in touch with the wonderful Nadia and discovered Eneka. I am currently undergoing the treatment and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. Previously I was shaving daily, and after just one session I have smoother results, I only need to shave once a week which is a huge improvement. My hair is already noticeably finer, and Nadia’s support and advice has been exceptional. The sessions are quick and painless, and I can’t wait to see the final results. Yesterday I completed my training with Nadia and I couldn’t have had a better day. She was kind, patient and encouraging. She gave me lots of information and encouraged me to ask questions which she then answered in detail helping me to understand all aspects of laser.

Both me & my colleague Paige both came for training with Nadia on 06/11/23. Nadia was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. When I had decided I wanted to start doing laser hair removal i first started looking into doing training separately and quickly realised there was so many options and lots of different companies that would put me through the training then leave me still unsure on what machine to purchase and unsure on pricing or marketing. I came across cosmeditech online, put in an enquiry and within a few hours Debbie called me. She suggested I came down to the show room. I’m so glad I did! I was put through all the online training and had a days machine training with Nadia, who was absolutely amazing. I was made to feel so at ease and came away feeling really confident and ready to start welcoming clients right straight away. When purchasing from here you are not only buying a machine you are buying a business. I was completely new to lasers and within the space of a few short weeks I have a website (all setup through cosmeditech) I feel confident in being able to offer my clients a great service and know I am able to contact Nadia with any questions I have at anytime (which I have had to do a few times) I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend cosmeditech to anyone!

Nadia has trained me twice on the Primelase and on the Eneka, she is very friendly, professional and a great trainer. I came back very confident after being trained with her and I can’t fault anything.

I purchased the Eneka Pro in July 22. After doing lots of research and feeling a little overwhelmed with which machine to go with, I finally decided on the Eneka after many conversations with Peter & Fay. There was no hard sell, just providing me with all the information I needed and answering all my questions. I carried out my training with Jenna which was fantastic, I felt confident and ready to start my laser journey. Jenna has also been amazing since in offering me help when I’ve needed it. I send her questions all the time and she comes back to me quickly with a detailed response.

I could not recommend Cosmeditech more, my expectations have definitely been exceeded so far.

Started out my laser hair removal business 7 months ago, I was so anxious about taking a whole new path of my career but everyone at cosmeditech were amazing from start to finish. Faye explained everything to me and I’m so happy with the machine. Jenna my trainer was incredible and has been so supportive to me she came down twice as I felt I needed a little more training before I opened my doors. And I contact her regularly with questions I have and she’s so good at getting back to me and explains everything so well, I would give more than 5stars. They have all been so great and not forgetting the engineers also were great.

I purchased the new Elysion Laser Hair Removal Machine Feb 2019. This was a very big decision for my Salon. I’ve always played it safe and never really invested in such a big purchase.
